1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to verification. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required. The video must begin with the sealed outer package and clearly show the package from all sides before opening, followed by the product and any damage or discrepancy. The video must not contain cuts, pauses or edits.
3. Reporting Time Limit
Please notify us through our official WhatsApp contact within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Claims reported after this period or without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the available resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as applicable. Refund processing timelines and the method of refund will be communicated to you.
5. Shipping Charges
For approved returns or exchanges, shipping arrangements and charges will be communicated during the claim process. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable, subject to applicable law.
6. Order Cancellation & Changes
Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or modified once confirmed, as processing may begin immediately. Please check your product selection, address and order details carefully before completing your purchase. This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
